If our client charges us with preparing technical documentation
- We introduce our company, our previous design work and references at the first meeting and we get to know your demands.
- If the building site has not been chosen yet, we will help you choose the site or the property which will be restored from the preparation phase. We also help you find a lawyer and we can make a sketch proposal or a feasibility study, so that you can decide more easily, including full-scale visual design, building energetic assessment as well as considering your own ideas.
- Knowing the building site, we prepare the possible sketch proposal considering your own conception and the local authority’s regulations.
- After cooperation and acception of the sketch, we prepare the Architectural-technical documentation (312/2012. (XI.8.) Gov.decree 72.§ ). During the design process, we highly focus on gaining our clients’ trust. The sketches are made with responsibility and circumspection considering both the demands and opportunities.
- During the building permission procedure, we provide the administration towards the Building Control Authority.
- After obtaining the building permission, we prepare the Construction documentation (191/2009. (IX.15.) Gov. decree 22.§), which contains the budget announcement without the prices according to the regulations. Furthermore, it ensures the economical completion of the conceived building according to the plans. The detailed Construction documentation, which is the attachment of the electronic construction diary, is compulsory and it is one of the conditions of the beginning of the construction. The elektronic construction diary is determined in the (191/2009. (IX.15.) Gov. decree 25. § (11). The detailed Construction documentation is essential to the precise construction and to avoid the long and nerve-racking procedure for the client. The presence of this document is highly important to ensure the optimal expenses of the building as well as it lays down the exact responsibility of all the participants of the whole building procedure.
- We are responsible for the technological solutions designed by us, furthermore, for the agreement of the applicable legislations, rules of law in force, regulations and the building energetic requirements.
- If required, we provide the designing supervision of the construction work.
- In case of order, we prepare the Realization plan of the completed building which contains the possible divergences from the original design during construction as well as the genuinely built-in materials.

If our client charges us with preparing technical documentation and assistance during the costruction
- We introduce our company and our territorially competent construction partner company at the first meeting. We also show you our previous design work implemented together with our partner company, the applied materials, technologies and we get to know your demands. If required, we provide you to take a look at the buildings being built or having been built by our partner company.
- If the building site has not been chosen yet, we will help you choose the site or the property which will be restored from the preparation phase. We also help you find a lawyer and we can make a sketch proposal or a feasibility study, so that you can decide more easily, including full-scale visual design, building energetic assessment as well as considering your own ideas.

If our client charges us with assistance during the costruction
- In case of work which needs to have a building permission we receive the completed plan documentation at a personal consultation, and we look it through together. In case of work which does not need to have a building permission we measure the building which needs reconstruction so that we can calculate the quantity of the detailed budget which is based on the price quotation. During the conversation we get to know your demands and and answer the arising questions. We introduce our company and our territorially competent construction partner company. We also show you the references implemented together with our partner company, the applied materials and technologies. If required, we provide you to take a look at the buildings being built or having been built by our partner company.
- After the completed plan documentation or after measuring the existing condition of the building, we give you an accurate construction price quotation which is a FIXED price, that is, it will not change during the building process.
- We provide administration towards the local government, the utility service companies (electricity, water, gas, telephone , TV service companies) and the financial institutions.
- We provide the responsible technological leadership free of charge.
- We are responsible for the quality of the built-in materials as well as the quality of the construction work. We also make sure that the technological descriptions are followed.
- In case of order, we prepare the Realization plan of the completed building which contains the possible divergences from the original design during construction as well as the genuinely built-in materials.
